Well, yes. So it seems.
Information datamined recently by MMO Champion shows two interesting items that may be available in Panderia.
- Ancient Tome of Teleport: Dalaran
- and
- Ancient Tome of Portal: Dalaran
- These show that they can be learned by both mages and monks.
- Thus Mages will no longer hold a monopoly on multi-region transportation.
Saw that too but double-checking the wowhead entry (http://mop.wowhead.com/item=82469 and http://mop.wowhead.com/item=82470 respectively for the teleport and portal spells), it's shown as being for mages only.
